Your founding gift establishes OLJA's legal identity as a Dutch Stichting, funds the first IHL Gap Report, seeds the first strategic litigation cases, and builds the technology infrastructure that will serve human rights lawyers globally for decades.
Founding donors receive permanent recognition in OLJA's institutional record, naming opportunities in our flagship publications, and the right to participate in the Founding Donors' Council — an advisory body that shapes OLJA's strategic priorities.

OLJA is currently in the process of establishing its formal legal structure as a Dutch Stichting (foundation) and applying for ANBI (Public Benefit Organisation) status, which provides significant tax advantages for Dutch donors.
While this process is completed, founding donations are received through the personal bank account of Muhammad Ebaid, the founder, with full accounting transparency and a formal pledge to transfer all funds to the institutional account upon completion of registration.
